In short: Gradients RGB is a color game. Use it for fun, don't abuse it, and purchases go through Apple. The app itself is licensed under Apple's standard terms for App Store apps.

Gradients RGB (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is developed and operated by Oleg Ruban. Contact: [email protected].
2. The app
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
3. This website and our social accounts
These terms also cover this website and the Gradients RGB accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads and X. We use official platform tools to publish our own videos and posts and to reply to comments on them. We do not post on your behalf, and we do not ask for or store your passwords.
4. Fair use
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, the website or duel links.
- Don't use the app or our accounts to harass anyone or to spread spam.
5. Color tests are for fun
Color IQ, perception profiles and the color tests in our videos are games. They are not medical or optical tests and can't diagnose color blindness or any condition. Screens show colors differently, so results vary between devices.
6. Content
The app, its graphics, videos and texts belong to us. You're welcome to share our videos and your own results and screenshots.
7. No warranty
The app and website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.
